Golf Rain halts ACC championship, FSU men will resume round Saturday morning

FSU sports information:

Due to inclement weather in the area, the second round of stroke play for the No. 10 Florida State men’s golf team at the 2025 ACC Championship was suspended on Friday. Play will resume on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. prior to the third round.

After two weather delays, the Seminoles were on holes eight, nine and 10 before being called back in a third time on Friday.

Luke Clanton saw three birdies on the front nine and was out in 34, while Tyler Weaver carded two through eight holes. Both players are 2-under for the round with Weaver sitting eighth at 3-under, and Clanton is 1-over and tied for 32.

Carson Brewer is 1-over for the round after eight pars on the front nine. Jack Bigham carded a pair of birdies on the front nine and is also 1-over for the round.

Gray Albright is 3-over at the turn.
